Molly joined the firm in January of 2012 as a Financial Advisor. As part of the Private Client Group, she helps clients assess their long-term financial goals and then works closely with them to develop, implement, monitor, and periodically reassess a financial plan so that these objectives are successfully met.

Molly has spent her entire career in the financial industry. Prior to joining Greenspring she worked in a variety of capacities in the Institutional Equity Division of Deutsche Bank, and most recently was an Associate at a private equity firm.

A native of Baltimore, Molly attended the Roland Park Country School, graduated from The University Of Virginia and received an M.B.A. from Loyola University. She lives in Baltimore County with her husband Michael and their four children.
