Nancy joined Greenpsring in 2010 after serving as President of her own fee-only firm, Bryant Financial Advisory. For more than 28 years, she has devoted her professional life to advising and educating adults in the areas of persoanl finance. As her client’s advocate, she helps them implement and monitor a financial plan and investment strategy for successfully meeting their financial goals thereby helping them build and use their wealth wisely throughout their lifetime.

Nancy has worked with adults of all ages from all walks of life. Her clients consist of single and married individuals planning for such goals as financial independence, their children’s education and their own retirement as well as retired individuals and widowed spouses looking to make the most of the wealth they’ve accumulated.

In her work with individuals, Nancy combines her background in education (having taught at both the secondary and college levels), investment research and analysis (from her tenure as a stockbroker and analyst), portfolio management (overseeing clients’ portfolios for a local investment manager), and advising (a skill she uses regularly in her current practice as a financial planner) to address the needs of her clients in a comprehensive way.

She also provides investment-consulting services to family trusts, foundations and retirement plans. This includes formalizing an investment policy with guidelines, recommending a manager selection process, and evaluating and monitoring the selected managers on a quarterly basis. She also assists in setting up criteria for terminating managers who no longer meet the investment goals of the client and the due diligence process that she’s adopted.

Nancy received her Bachelor of Science from SUNY Albany and earned an MBA in Finance from Loyola College. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and also earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® professional designation, awarded by the Center for Fiduciary Studies, which is associated with the University of Pittsburgh. She has received formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility

Nancy resides in Maryland with her husband and children. She is a NAPFA instructor and member and is on the board of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council. Nancy enjoys vacationing with her family at her summer home in Upstate New York and is an Iron Girl competitor and runner.
